Open Licensing
Small and medium sized businesses will most often acquire Open licensing which comes in quantities as few as 5 licenses. One type, Open Value, provides additional benefits and is usually recommended. Open Value combines the upgrade protection of Software Assurance with the ability to make spread payments.
Volume Agreements
Larger organizations can take advantage of volume licensing types that bring additional benefits. Enterprise Agreements provide maximum discounts across the oganization. Select Agreements combine deep discounts with additional flexibility. Both Agreements carry a significant number of benefits, such as free training vouchers, access to the latest technology, and license management.
Authorized Education Reseller
Visory Group is certified to sell Microsoft licensing to educational institutions of all types. Academic pricing is the lowest pricing available for Microsoft products. Both Open and Select licensing is available. In addition, K-12 schools can license School Agreements and institutions of higher education can take advantage of Campus Agreements. Public libraries can also purchase academic licensing.
Note that academic pricing comes directly from Microsoft and is much lower than New York State contract pricing.
Charity. Microsoft also has specially priced licensing for non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations that provide services other than healthcare. Once ayour organization is approved, any type of Microsoft product can be licensed at theswe reduced prices.
